Orchardz Hotel Bandara is located just minutes outside the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport perimeter.
Free Hourly Airport Shuttle
The hotel operates a complimentary hourly shuttle bus running both to and from the airport terminals:
- Airport Pick-up: Communication was seamless—the hotel staff coordinated our exact pick-up point via WhatsApp.
- The Experience: We used the shuttle service in both directions. The driver was very friendly, spoke fluent English, and handled our luggage with care.
Nearby Amenities
If you need to pick up snacks, drinks, or travel essentials, both an Indomaret and an Alfa Mart (local convenience stores) are located within a short walk from the hotel lobby.
The Room: Spacious, Clean & Practical
We stayed in Room 811, a Twin Room setup. Overall, the room was spacious, cleanly maintained, and well-equipped for a short stay.
Bed Comfort & Layout
The twin beds were standard single-size mattresses—a touch on the compact side, but completely fine for a comfortable night’s sleep before a flight.

- A functional work desk with chair
- Wall-mounted television
- Small refrigerator / mini-fridge
- Tea and coffee set (instant coffee, black tea, creamer, sugar, and two complimentary water bottles)
- Note on Kettle: The electric kettle was a bit temperamental and felt slightly worn, but it did the job.
- Closet Equipment: Fitted with guest slippers, an electronic safety deposit box, and hanging space.

- Water Pressure & Amenities: Hot water was consistent, and water pressure was surprisingly strong.
- Provided Toiletries: Includes shampoo/shower gel, a toothbrush and toothpaste set, bar soap, tissues, and a wall-mounted hairdryer.
Dining & Breakfast from 2:30 AM!
In-room dining service is available via a dedicated room service menu placed on the desk. However, the absolute standout feature for transit passengers is the unusually early breakfast hours.
Buffet Breakfast Starts at 2:30 AM
Breakfast is served in the ground-floor restaurant starting from 2:30 AM—a great bonus for travellers catching 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM domestic or international flights!
- Buffet Spread: Offers a mix of fresh salads, fruit, toast, and savoury Indonesian staples like Nasi Goreng (fried rice), fried noodles, stir-fried vegetables, and crispy fried fish.
- Local Porridges: Features chicken soup porridge (Bubur Ayam) and sweet black sticky rice porridge.
- Drinks: The coffee was strong, fresh, and delightfully reviving.
- Minor Quirk: The soup and porridge bowls provided at the buffet were quite small, meaning we had to make several refill trips—leaving our table amusingly full of empty bowls!
